Not able to see the color-coding of tables in some cells and columns in Nprinting Report.

Hi,

I am using Qlik Nprinting May 2021 SR4 version. I am trying to get the color coding that I have applied in my Qlik Sense App to the Qlik Nprinting report.

The problem is when I preview the report all cell and columns comes with the same color coding as applied in the app except few cells and columns. I tried previewing it over and over again but it still the same result.

this is how the color of the background is applied.

This is how it is taken in nprinting.

This is how the result is coming the blank cell and columns have  values in it but is not visible because the font color and the background color is white.

After changing the font color in the preview the values appear.

I don't know what is causing this issue, if any body knows please reply.

  • Is this coming from native Qlik Sense straight table object or some sort of extension
    • If extension then you know the reason...
  • What is this row of data?

  • Is there any conditional formatting in excel template left over?
  • Is NPrinting version you are using supporting Qlik Sense version you have as documented on https://help.qlik.com? What is your Qlik Sense version?

Hi @Siddhesh ,

there was list of 4 questions I asked which need to be answered first before we can move on and help you more. At the moment we didn't get answer to any of them. Are you able to answer all of them please?

Clearly something is wrong and it is not normal what you experience so I have to assume you are doing something what is not supported or making somewhere mistake (which you dont consider as a mistake).

This is why it is important to get all that info I asked.

thanks

Hi,

If you are adding Qlik Sense pivot tables as tables in an Excel template it could be that some formatting information is missing. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Qlik-objects-supp... and to the known limitations chapter of the Release Notes.

Best REgards,

Ruggero
