Hi,
I made a Nprinting (Nprinting 18) report. Where I have created and used 2 separate filters. 1 filter where the status must be "open" and the other filter with a date "1900-01-01".
The intention is that both filters are used, so an AND function (filter 1 AND filter 2). After I have run the report it seems like the filters work separately. I get all data from status "Open" and the date "1900-01-01". While the intention is that the status should be "Open" and "1900-01-01" and that I want to see this.
I have already tried to prioritize the order of the filters. In addition, in the filter settings check mark of Override Values on and unchecked. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Hi,
the your filters are built is right and they should work as "AND" condition
What i suspect is wrong with your filters is data type which means that your filters are not applied.

Hi,
In those links i explain how datatype matters in NPrinting filtering. As your date field can actualy be a numeric, date type it can be shown on front-end as 1900-01-01 which for nprinitng filter means numeric value = 1
Note that in the place where you put value = 1900-01-01 you could choose from dropdown "numeric value" = 1
but...
to establish what datatype is used in your date field you need to check it in for example table viewer/data model viewer in Qlik directly.

one more note,
check https://help.qlik.com for instructions on how to use "Override..." check box in your filters. As you are using it if the values between your filters are excluding each other the second filter will be applied.
Hi Lech,
Thanks it works now, the value must be Numeric value is.
Cheers,
