Nprinting On -Demand issue

Hi

I am facing Nprinting on-demand function issue in access point. below is the screen shot.

I have checked the license for Nprinting and Qlikview both are not expired. Also checked the port 9001 its not blocked

Please suggest..

Hi,

is all the services running?   if not  try to restart the services and server aswell. 

and check the service account once.
