Nprinting On demand - Nprinting connection (Choose App)

Hi All,

I'm using Qlik Sence with Nprinting.

I have a lot of app created into Nprinting and before today I was able to link my app to an Nprintin On demand button.

But now, I'm not able to find the new app I created in the list (see attached). The list seems to be not exhaustive.

Does someone already faced this issue?

First of all NPrinting can only connect to a single instance of Qlik Sense. So if you have two instances of Qlik Sense (DEV, PROD) only one instance of NPrinting will work with either or of these...not both.

Second, check the NP web console: the NP app must have a valid, generated NP to Sense connection within it. Also their must be a valid NP report that has been configured to use the On Demand API. To confirm this, open the NPrinting report associated with the connection and app. Ensure that the On Demand API check box is enabled.
