There is nothing in the logs what would indicate that your schedules are actually there... you may want to attach your nsq file if you want us to provide you with more info, or screenshot your reports,tasks, jobs and schedules sections to ensure that all of them are actually active and connected together properly.
Without seeing your setup it is almost imposible to give you more insights.
Other comments:
- make sure your service account has QV license leased
- make sure your service account has all rights to run as a service (i prefer to set it up as local Admin so there are no priviledges isssues)
- makes sure you configure QlikView desktop using service account (logon/RDP as service account to server and open QlikView to configure language settings which pop up by default each time you install it for the first time for a user)
