On Demand Button is not working in Qlik Sense Dashboard

Facing issue on demand button in Qlik Sense Dashboard. I'm not able to paste any screenshot  due to organization security reason. 

Step 1: In QS dashboard, Under custom objects --> Qlik Dashboard bundles --> On demand reporting button. 

Step 2: Then I will give the NPrinting connection in the right side like URL, APP Name, Report configuration. 

Step 3: Once done all, when I tried to generate document or pdf its showing error "unable to connect server". 

Please suggest. 

Note: I have notice few things while doing testing. 

1. I cleared all my browser cache, then I tried to access only Qlik Sense HUB dashboard (first time) and tried to generate the report. That time facing this error.

2. But in another tab, when I accessed Qlik NPrinting url one time, then again I tried to generate report from Qlik Sense HUB then its working. 

@Lech_Miszkiewicz @Albert_Candelario pls guide me

Hi @Lech_Miszkiewicz ok. I will check with my network team. I have update my exact issue and steps in another ticket.
