PixelPerfect Exception

I've successfully tried a couple of Excel and Word reports and figured I would like to try PixelPerfect.

When I open the NPrinting Designer (17.1.2.0) for a PixelPerfect template and try to add an object from my app (table, image or whatever) I encounter the following message:

I don't know if this will help with your error, but we were able to resolve this issue by uninstalling the Qlik NPrinting Designer software from my computer, and then re-installing it as administrator.
