Problem with NPrinting 17 and Designer 17

Hi Everyone,

I'm having problems with NPrinting 17 and the designer, essentially when I try to open a template (Excel format) the Excel section doesn't appear and I can't add objects, there are occasions when the Excel section appears but I can't perform some kind of action and eventually the application crashes. I think that it can be a compatibility problem with office, we currently use in the client PCs office 2016 but we can not know for sure if this is a problem if any has presented a similar problem would be very useful to hear the actions that you took to solve the problem. For so far as I know, I had a similar issue. I changed the Compatibility of the nprinting application (nprintingDesigner.exe).
