Unable to Edit Template in Nprinting

Hello All,

I am unable to edit template of a report in Nprinting and getting a pop window.

Kindly assist in the same.

Hi Imran,

Looks like you don't have Qlik NPrinitng Designer Installed on your machine. If it is your laptop - it needs to be installed on it in order to be able to edit report templates.

Hi Imran,

NPrinting server is trying to launch the designer which is a locally installed Windows application. What happens if you click "Allow"?

Hi Daniel,

Attached is the updated document. If i click on allow then it open up the option to select the program but I am not sure which program is require to open this.

Hi Imran,

It appears that you have not installed Qlik NPrinting Designer on the client machine. Please download & install "as Administrator". You will need to log in to access the downloads.
