Update Nprinting 18 sept to nov to nprinting 19

Hello guys,

I need to update my nprinting server.
I m on Nprinting september 2018 and i m trying to update to feb 2019. ( i need tag in email )

So everything is ok for Nprinting serveur 2019. The installation is complete.

I have done some research. So i m on windows 2012 R2 FULL UPDATED.
I saw somewhere that it may be the problem.
My windows is up to date.

Hi,

The error is in the log file "C:\Users\NPRINT~1.SMB\AppData\Local\Temp\Qlik_NPrinting_Engine_November_2018_20190228153753_000_MainPackage.log"

Try to login with the Windows domain user that runs the Qlik NPrinting Windows services on the computer where you are trying to install the Qlik NPrinting Engine and run the setup after the login.

Please try use  a different user account that has administrative privileges on the NP server to install the engine for the time being.

First fully uninstall the NP Engine

Copy the NP engine installation software to a location on the c:drive rather than your desktop. ie: copy or move  install file to c:\NPrinting\software

Right click on the file and do 'run as administrator' and use a different local admin user account when you arrive at the np service user account screen.

If it installs normally, go to the services panel and update/switch the login information to use the correct NP service account.

If this does not work, you will need to submit a support request with whomever your support partner is.

I juste did a fresh install of windows 2016 and i still have this error on the news windows !
