Hello Team,
Is there any way to identify, when or who disable nprinting task?

Hi,
give a check at the audit trail https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Audit-trail... but it is available starting from November 2020 so you have to upgrade your installation. From the Release Notes:
Audit Trail
The new Qlik NPrinting Audit Trail provides insights about system information and integrity. For example, the Audit Trail can be used to monitor changes, user access, user behavior, and more.
Audit Trail logs are stored in a specific database inside the Qlik NPrinting Repository server. You can configure maximum log file size and how long logs are kept. The Audit Trail database also supports backup and restore.
Audit Trail logs are consumed via a public REST API that provides data as text files separated by tabs.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
