nPrinting 17

Hey community,

I am trying to connect n Printing 17 to my Quality Dev app (via server, not local.)  My qlik version is 11.20.12664 SR9.  The connection status says ok but the cache status says generating.

In the qlikview dashboard, when I click 'file' then 'open in server', this is what comes up.

In nPrinting 17, these are the details of my connection.

Does anyone know why this won't generate?
