nPrinting and Section Access

I am running 17.2

I am unable to create a connection with any App that is using Section Access.  I checked the box on the connection screen to use
Section Access.

But when I try to reload the MetaData I get an error.

Error

Request has been purged due to connection errors


I could try to look at log files.  But in the past they don't tell me anything.


Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
