How to send a report for Department Manager 1 to Manager 1 email, Manager 2 to Manager 2 email…. 

This report will have Manager 1 data in the report for Manager 1 and Manager 2 data in the report for Manager 2.

I have Manager name field, Department field in QlikView. What fields do you enter as the Field to Cycle and the Dynamic Name fields?

Any special filters or tasks?

You can use User filters. Add the filters for Manager1 to the Manager1 user, and to the same for all other managers.

The report will be filtered according to the user filters so that each manager will get only its data.
