Hello All,
We have a replication task with 20 tables which gets stopped abruptly after the error as below.
Qlik Task gets closed abruptly with Error - The Task is suspended due to 6 successive unexpected failures
We do not see anything in logs even after enabling verbose logs.
Other tasks are running fine during the mentioned time period.
Can someone guide us with the resolution steps?
Hello @Prabha-Ande ,
Welcome to Qlik Community forum and thanks for reaching out here!
It's hard to tell this time. Looks like an environment error leads task crash. Let's try to troubleshoot it:
1- Keep only one table and remove other tables to see if the issue caused by a specific table
2- Replace the target endpoint by NULL Target to see if the problem relevant to target side
3- Add filter to see if the problem relevant to data
4- Turn on/off Full Load and/or CDC to see which component cause the problem
If you still cannot find the reason then please open a support ticket with:
(1) repsrv.log file
(2) task Diag Package with source_unload/source_capture/target_load/target_apply to Verbose. We may request you provide additional information based on analysis.
Hope this helps.
John.
Hi @Prabha-Ande
To add to John's post, if you are seeing in the user interface "task stopped abnormally", then it is abending/crashing. We will need you to open a support case and provide the information listed here: Collecting Replicate Process Dumps - Qlik Community - 1746840
If you don't see that message, please share what the error message is that you are seeing.
Thanks,
Dana
