Hi, I´ve a simple app and I´m trying to extract data from a pivot table to an Excel file . I can download it without a problem, but when i try to open on the user pc it gives an error "The excel cannot open the file because the format or the extension is not valid(...)". I´ve tested opening the same file on another pc and the file opens without a problem, so I think the problem might be in the user machine settings.
I´m using Qlik SaaS and Office 365.
