Hi @chaudharichetan

I appreciate that this information is coming a little too late, but I tend to ensure that port 80 is always enabled in QMC before applying certificates, then block access to port 80 using the firewall. This way you can always get to QMC by RDPing to the server first.

Have you tried accessing the server via a different name, perhaps IP address, or deleting the certificate from the certificate store? Hopefully you will be able to get to QMC with the server giving you a NOT SECURE warning (which you can bypass) rather than blocking you completely.

It may be that it is something in your machine / browser config which is preventing you accessing the site, so I would try another browser and/or connecting from a different device.

Hope that you get your server back.

Hey @chaudharichetan ,

would you share a little more info about your environment?
Is this something happening after a fresh install (so without additional configurations) or did you manage to apply basic configurations and then changed the SSL certificate?

If we're in the first case, can you check that nothing else is using port 443 apart from Qlik Sense? If you find something that is using that port, you should restart Qlik Sense Proxy Service in order to let Qlik Sense use port 443

If the second, what actions did you perform? Import a new certificate in the MMC and then apply the thumbprint on the QMC (leaving Qlik Sense's native certificates where they were)?
Can you check your proxy logs to see if the certificate is really applied or if any error is logged?

I hope this helps,
Riccardo
