Starting about 2 weeks ago I sometime receive the error: "Failed to open document, file corrupt" when opening a QVD from the Accesspoint. We use IE7 with the IE plugin. When I reboot I can often open the document again. Today another user reported the same problem. Anyone got any experience with this?

Not sure if you are still active on the site - was this issue ever resolved? Our clients are experiencing the same thing when trying to open a file that works perfectly well on my machine.

Hi there - I've just experienced this on a clients server and a stop start of the services sorted it out. That was in QV11 SR2 (11414).
I had a similar error with some QVW files after a QV9 to QV11 upgrade. I had to recreate the QVW files by exporting/importing the layout.
Not sure if it's related though.
