HI, QMC is howing 3 services down, but the Windows Service shows all services re up and running. Access Point is also working. Why the error message? Thanks. Please see attached screenshots.
Hi, Jessica Tung.
Verify if the user that started services have permission of access in folders; Ex.:
<Unit>:\ProgramData\Qliktech\DistributionService
Hope this helps!
Did you logged in QMC with admin access?
Hi Jonas, yes it does. The service account has access to the folder. It is in local admin group and qlik admin group as well. Thanks.
Yes I logged in as the service account and made sure it is in local admin group and qlik admin group. Need help...
I changed the path from server name to localhost and the services are back, as other threads suggested.
For example: http://localhost:4730/DSC/Service
Why is that? I am confused! Thanks!
You should contact to the qlik partner. They will resolve Thai with your parent license company.
Please shoot email to qlik support
Hi Jessica,
it could be that the user profile of the Service user account has corrupted. It would be worthwhile creating a new user and assigning that to the services.

Best could be to check windows and application log files of ur QlikView server.
Thanks,
