Qlik Accesspoint page does not load - Qlik 11.20.12852

Hi,

We are having issue with laoding of the Accesspoint page in QlikView 11.20.12852. The Accesspoint page shows a progress bar (loading) but never returns with the list of QVWs.

Has anyone faced this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you can login in the access point on localhost we can know if the installation is correctly, if you can’t login on localhost that means it´s possibly an error of communication

Localhost it's when you enter in the server by remote desktop connection and open one web browserwith this URL

http://localhost/qlikview

or in the QMC

http://localhost/qmc
