QlikView Zugang

Lieber QV Support,

Fehlermeldungen siehe Screenshots

Besten Dank vorab
Sarah N.

Hallo @SarahNaether,

The first screen capture you shared shows that there's an issue with QlikView Desktop recognizing your current QlikView Desktop license.  I checked the license and can see that it is still valid.  So suggest that start QlikView Desktop again and select the Change License Key option, where you will be prompted to enter the license key and control number.  If you aren't aware of the control number, you can follow Qlik Support article How to request a control number and LEF

Please try this and let us know if you need further assistance.  You can also contact Qlik Support about your issue and they will provide assistance.  Thanks!

@SarahNaether  is this QV desktop license that is applied to your QV desktop client or are you leasing a license? One thing you can try is un-installing/re-installing the desktop client and if it is a desktop license you can manually apply the license again. Otherwise you will need to lease a license from the server.

If the issue is solved please mark the answer with Accept as Solution.
