QlikView server menu not visible.

There is a menu window other than General and Login, but why doesn't it appear?
What's the problem?

There are several reasons that this can happen. 

Here are some common reasons you can start with.

 

The server is unlicensed.

QlikView Server can't communicate with QlikView management service. But since you can see the Server info I don't think that is it. But check the QMS logs.

The service user is not a member of the QlikView Administrator group, or password have been changed.

@sehr I have also seen that when the service account is not a member of the QlikView Administrators group (as @Maria_Halley said)

Hi,

It appears the QMC can't communicate with the QVS.  When did this issue start?
