Qlikview Licence Lease Error in Qlikview Desktop

Hi All,

I am trying to Lease Qlikview licence but when i tried connecting to the server  "Failed to reach to the server, switching to the https tunnelling, connected to the server Ok, negotiation timed out " error i checked the port 4747 is opened on my machine as well as on server, other users are able to lease licence without any error, please help as its urgent

Hi @KenAdams 

By any chance do you see any error on the Settings.ini file ?

Are you trying to connect from your computer or from other server ?

Are you using citryx or something similar?

Is this the only computer where you see the issue ?

Are other users able to lease a license without problems?

Actually I didn't check the settings.ini file, since the issue is not from server side, we advised developer to check from their end,

Developers are using avd, and this issue is for only one specific user. 

other users able to lease a license without problems.
