Add "League Position" value to Bar Chart

Hello,

I'm trying to add a simple "league position" to a horizontal bar chart (see image). Essentially what I want to do is add a new value (either dimension or expression) to the left of the CC dimension against each CC so that it says their position, e.g. C2287 is "1", C2288 is "2" etc.
