Alternate state multibox and a default state list box

Hi All,

I have 2 multiboxes with alternate states having 3 fields each. and i have 5 listboxes in a dashboard.

when I select from any of the list boxes,multiboxes are not affected.

How can I make the alternate state multiboxes getting selected based ont he selections applied on other listboxes.

Hi,

Did you created states?

Apply state to sheet even. Multiboxes  works fine and get effected.

Attached application might help you. Go to Alternate State tab.

Hi,

I have created 5 states for 5 multiboxes. I cannot apply the state on a sheet. I just want my list box selections to be effective on the multiboxes with alternate states. Rest all is working fine for me.

Can you post a sample and expected behavior.

Does your list boxes belongs to any of the 5 states or not?

so you always want to select the possible values in you multibox to i undestand that right?

I don't think so this works directly unless you have some calculations in chart.

i know a way how to achieve this with triggers you can set a trigger on any selection and then you use the trigger selectpossiblevalues for each field you need it.

I have tried the triggers option its not working. Could you please post a sample QVW if you have it?
