change it to combo chart and in expression tab, select the expression and on display options select bar and in symbol select circles. check values on data points.
You have to use a combo chart and in the expression that you will use it to show circles, uncheck the display option from bar and select symbol then from the drop down box select circle. This will show your expression in circles instead of bars.
