Capture the name of the bookmark

Hello,

I have a question regarding the bookmarks. I want to be able to display the name of the currently applied bookmark in a text box. If the user navigates/selects another bookmark the text box should update the the name of the new bookmark. It would be helpful if I can also display the description if the bookmark (in a different text box).
