Changing Color of a Data Point in a Bar Chart not working

I have the following chart

I have tried to change the color here

But nothing I do changes the color of the text.

Any ideas

Are you sure, you are giving that text color where you are checking the Data points? this will work if you give same to the Value on data points enable expression

Go to axes tab and try to change color of Font
