Grey values in list box not at bottom

Hello,

Is there a way to maintain the sort order of a list box / multi box so that grey (non associated) values are not moved to the bottom of the list?

For example, my multi box contains dates and I would like the greyed out dates to remain in their original order in the list, rather than being pushed to the bottom.

Thoughts on how to do this?

Thanks

Mel

On the Sort tab of your List Box, untick <State> under Sort By.  You may well need to tick <Text> or whatever else you wish to sort by.

You probably have the Sort By State ticked On

On the sort tab of the multibox, select the required field and un-tick 'State'. Repeat for any other fields.

Thanks all,

I have tried to untick 'sort' for each of the lists in my multibox but with little success as of yet.

The main perpetrator is the 'Date' field. If I filter to an individual who doesn't have activity on a certain date, this date is greyed out and moved to the bottom, as in the below example, I would like 1/2/2015 to remain in its place in the list, even though greyed out.

I am currently sorting this list by Numeric Value, Ascending only.

Thanks for all your suggestions!

Mel
