[Issue] Missing BACK/FORWARD buttons on AJAX / QV Server

Hello,

Really quick for the big issue - how to turn on these button as they're not available in my reports:

Furthermore the disable Layout UNDO checbox is unticked.

Do they appear when you make a selection?

If not there are some 'hacky' ways that these buttons can be hidden, is someone likely to have done this in your environment?

Unticking 'Hide the unavailable Menu Options' solves the issue - strange, but it works.

Yeah that is very weird, I would not expect that checkbox to hide those items... certainly in our environment it doesn't!
