Hi Experts,
I have the Products, Orders, Order Details, Customer, Employee tables as in the attachment.
Can you please suggest the possible Key Performance Indicators from the available tables/Fields.
Thanks in advance and I appreciate your help.
Regards,
Shyam.
1) Number of Customers
2) Number of Orders Received
3) Total Sales Value
4) Average Sales Value per Order.. Per Month... Per Year
5) Total Qty Sold
6) Average Qty Sold Per Order
This data model is more than enough to create a Nice Looking Dashboard and QV app with many tables, charts and KPIs...
* Top 10 Orders, Top 10 Customers.... Etc
* Number of Customer lost wrt selected year... i.e. Customers buying last year but not this year
* Number of new customers
* Comparison of Sales this year vs last year... this month vs last month etc
* top 10 Salesman
* Line chart showing MonthYear vs Sales
I also like putting inforamtion on my dashboard that also tells me negative information, such as bottom 10 orders, customers, etc - thais can tell you what is not selling, which customers are not giving you a lot of business, etc.
you can also include average order price
