Previous month data

Hi all,

I have data with 3years so I need below. output attaching the sample data.

if I select any year with month from list box in the report title has to show like that "sales data &"selected month previous month" &"selcected year"

and one thing if I selsct januaary 2016 it has to show december 2015.

it will display previous month data.

example: if I select  feb  2016

I need to get chart as  jan2016
