Hi,

I am new to QLIK with no basic understanding. What is the recommendation and guide line to start learning QLIK view and QLIK sense. Need to understand from development to deployment and infrastructure setup.

Welcome!

First if all I would say that you came to the right place. The qlik community  is a great place to learn about QlikView, Qlik Sense and other Qlik products and concepts.  If you ever get stuck or have a specific related  question then the qlik community is a great place for looking at previous posted forum threads and to post a question your self. Just like you did today.

In addition you got the help.qlik.com. It's really good, I'm frequently there my self and I am always recommend that to my clients. You will find general and detailed information about deployments , setups and configurations together with details and use examples for all available qlik script functions. If I where new to qlik sense I would have started with this page: Getting started using Qlik Sense.

A third source for getting started is to listen to the Qlik profile  @Michael_Tarallo  in his weekly webinar about getting started with Qlik Sense . This webinar is held every Thursday. It could be worth your while.

Malik, I have an additional couple of links for you, the first is the Design Blog area on Community, where many of our experts have put together short blog posts on specific functionality that might help you if the Help is not giving you what you need, be sure to check the blogs, as there may be further info there.

The other one is the education site, there are some free courses out there etc.:

Hopefully that will keep you busy for a while! 🙂

Oh, just thought of one other thing as well, the Techspert Thursday posts:
