Saving dashboard causes users to be locked out – why?

Hello all.

My dashboards are scheduled to reload each night. If I don’t make any changes to the dashboards then everything is fine.

However if I open a dashboard and make any updates or changes, and then save, my users become locked out and are faced with this:

The problem persists until I reload the dashboard (via Management Console) or the nightly scheduled reload kicks off and refreshes the dashboards.

Any ideas as to why my users are getting locked out? It only ever happens if I save changes to a dashboard during the day.

Does the document have section access?  If open it with your account locally in QlikView desktop, then save it, section access could reduce the data and all the other user data would be gone.  Then they wouldn't be able to even open it.
