can somone explain me what is the -"Server bookmars"

an what they use for?

i sew somewhere that i can pass them in a url as parameters

when im using a IE plugin

how can i do that?

just do a search on the community, there are a number of posts just like yours which should help. It is also worth reading the bookmark section of the QV manual
