Sign OUt OPtion on Access POint

I am using Qlikview version 11.2 SR13.  Attached please see my settings for the sign out on access point.  The issue I am having right now is I am able to sign in to Access point and I see Sign Out option.  BUt when I click on SIgn out nothing happens it just reloads the same page and does not sign out.  Am I missing something here .

The above link does not work for me.  Like I said I am able to see the sign out but when I click on it it does not sign me out. 

I also tried the Alternate Login option and that wont let me log in
