Hi Stefan, can be created using combo chart, I made a sample.
2 Expression as bar, stacked (set this in style tab) and another line expression. The bars are in the left axis and the line with the right axis unchecking 'Forced to zero'.
To sort the months correctly wou'll need a date field, that month is a string field.
You can add the grid and axis black lines in the axis tab if neccesary.
