Transforming a table box to a chart pivot table / straight table

Hello,

I have an existing QlikView table box in a QlikView dashboard with more than 50 fields and with an individual caption for each field.

I would like to change the type of this object from table box to chart pivot table / straight table.

Our QlikView version is 11.20.12018.0 SR3 (x64)

-Is there a way to change the object type?

-Or is there a way to copy the dimensions from the table box object to a new chart pivot table / straight table object?

Thanks in advance for any helpfull advice in this issue.

Hi Jens,

you can swap between Chart Types, but not directly from a Table Box, as it's not a chart.

Unfortunately, Its not possible.

It is not possible. Table Box is not part of chart.  You can't add any expressions to that.

In general, all your chart requires dimension & expression.

You can try to play with XML files which describe each object. This is only one way I know.
