Turn off custom format of cell

I have a cell where the text has been formatted using the 'custom format' feature.

How do I turn this off so that formatting reverts to using Visual Cues instead ?

Thanks

Make sure your design grid is turned on, otherwise go to view > design grid to activate.

Then click on the object on which you had a customer format applied, within the customer format cell options there is an undo button, try use that.

Right click on this cell and choosing custom cell-fomat and removing there the settings.

Thanks Marcus but how do I 'remove' settings, For example, the text is coloured red right now - how do I undo this setting ?

Yes, you couldn't remove the settings there else only applying any different one (in your case probably just choosing black as color). If you want to remove them you need to go to the tab Style and changing there the table-format from user-defined to any other option (maybe modern).

OK - I guess that selecting black will ensure the text is always balck and not adjusted by Visual Cues?
