Unknown error when opening Qlik

Hi team

Whenever I open Qlik I get "an error occured - unkown error".

I have tried reinstalling the software to no avail.

Any help?

When I press refresh, it tries to open the hub but then goes back to the error message.

I've got the same problem after updating to v3. When I check the logs it appears to be port related (firewall)

Is this the first time you are using Qlikview ? Also please check if License related information is correct....

Seems to be QlikSense. I am not sure how, but is it possible to move/switch this thread to Qliksense forum, so that users who are actively working on Qliksense will benefit each other.
