joining with one to many relationship

Hi all,

Initially, there was many to many relationship between the tables.

after combining the columns it resulted in the below data model,

Can any one please lemme know is it good idea to join/left join/inner join these tables so as to form a single table.

Coz i wanna load then as a single table.
