where should I troubleshoot?

Hi experts, sorry for this really newbie question, but what is the first place I should look at?

This happens about 4 out of 5 days a week: I get users saying they can’t connect to different Qlikview dashboards. With the error Message: ‘No Connection’, see picture above. The issue then resolves itself after 20-30 minutes (max). Do you know why this is happening?

Hi Mariano,

Mostly this happens because of Services(QV Web services/IIS) are Down at that time.

check the System task manager .

Ok great thanks. What would be the solution for it not to happen so often? (Hypothetically, if money wasn’t a problem). Do I need to buy more RAM memory?
