Popup Labels - Qlikview Charts

Hello,

Qlikview Environment:

• Server version: 12.0.20200.0
• Client Device: SAMSUNG Galaxy TabPro S
• OS: Win 10 Pro; Version: 1607; Build: 14393.1198
• Web Browser Type: Google Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86

Using the fore-mentioned client device connecting via Web Services (using Full Browser Version) to Qlikview works well.

When hovering the mouse pointer over chart objects the popup label values are not displaying even though they are enabled.

Connecting via Wifi or cellular produces the same result.

Using MS Edge (not preferred web browser) on the same client device does result in the popup labels being displayed.

Any assistance would be appreciate.
