Since we enabled Okta to authenticate to QEM, we noticed that users can no longer use the REST API, which seems a pretty big limitation. Qlik support has acknowledge that there's an issue and this is not supported.
Is there any plans to address this in future releases?
Upvoting with a similar request. We have Enterprise Manager set up with SSO/SAML and since then have no way of accessing API. Parallel authorization with BasicAuth is neither available when SAML is active for browser access. This is a substantial gap in the functionality, which moreover seems to be a bug as in previous versions of Qlik EM SAML was available for at least for Python API.
