Collaboration & self-service Community Management

This idea is for QSE SaaS to match collaboration/community features of QSE Client-managed.

For Managed Spaces specifically

1. Show the user id or name of the user who created an object ie Sheet, Bookmark, Story

2. Allow the App Owner to Approve or Unapprove - Sheet or Story

3. When a User is removed, move the object ownership to the App Owner
(because there is no QMC App Object grid, this would allow the App Owner to take action within the App)

We have this problem too!   A professional user creates some sheets that become crucial for the company's activity.  Then that employee leaves...  if we delete his account we will lose all the sheets???  nonsense... we need to be able to change the ownership to his colleagues so that our operations can continue

This information plays a big part in our application lifecycle checks.

Our users also like knowing who creates sheets so they can get in touch with them if they have any questions regarding the content of the sheet.

We need a way (built-in ideally, not API/CLI) to reassign objects to someone else.
