To strengthen governance, we would like to be able to see detailed logs of what filtering was done in the app,
which graphs were output to Excel, etc.

Hi @tkitade thanks for providing us with your idea. We've investigated this and have to decline the idea. The amount of logs will be massive and would clutter the logs. As soon as you expose the data via an App to your users, they can, by design, select the values they want. The Governance would be on the data which you share with them as part of the App.
