In the last couple of years of developing on Qlik Sense this is one of the things that keeps coming up again and again and again. We really need this functionality.
To show null and missing values as 0 is very important visualization feature for our team. For is this a great limitation in Sense and it should be implemented with prio 1.
Adding a simple feature to replace empty values with zeros seems like an obvious necessity. When combining data from different sources, it's inevitable to encounter missing values, similar to when using LEFT JOIN, and it would be beneficial to have the option to automatically convert those missing values to zeros. The explanation that this can be done at the load script level doesn't make sense, as it questions the purpose of having data merging capabilities at the visualization level altogether.
It is surprising that such a feature hasn't been implemented yet. Providing users with the ability to easily handle missing values and create visualizations accordingly would greatly enhance the flexibility and usability of Qlik Sense.
