Increase the limit of distinct values in a field from 2^31 (2,147,483,648) to 2^63
Currently, the engine in Qlik Sense and Qlik View only supports 2^31 2,147,483,648) distinct values in one field. As Qlik is meant to handle big data, this sometimes is not enough. In some of our apps, we already hit this limit. Thus, we propose to increase or drop it. It seems straightforward to increase it to 2^63. This would be more than enough for all our use cases and probably enough for everything Qlik can handle with the amount of memory one can currently put in one machine.
I understand that increasing this may result in significant increase of memory consumption. If this is the case, it would be beneficial if the load script could mark fields that require more than 2^31 distinct values, so that Qlik knows which fields to handle this way and does not waste memory on fields that do not require this.
