Increase the number of points to be displayed on a line chart

A continuous line graph needs to allow you to see as many points as you want, NOT just 2000 because the curve shown is wrong. I think this is basic.
There should be a property that you can enable and select the number of points to display.

Thanks!

I was not aware of this limitation.

It is very important to show how the real data looks like!

What is really funny is the fact that Qlikview doesn't have this limitation. One would think than the newer the product, the more functions it has, not the other way around.

Yes, it's crazy because it's super basic and I've been needing it for years.

It is a very important improvement to implement, since Qlik is an analysis and information presentation tool, it is a serious flaw to present the data incorrectly in a graph.

This is a must have. It's a very limiting factor for us in the oil industry when building dashboards.

This would be a must in Qlik Sense, especially if it was already in qlikview.

I've build two extensions that the user can configure how many data points are displayed.

Hello ! YES, I have used it but it fails when I work with conditional measures.

Hi Diego. If you could share an example, I can look into it.

Hello Mihael! Thanks for your reply!

You can find a link to the qvf. I left in a messy way 2 graphs: your extension on the left and the native qlik graph on the right.
The measures "Pronostico Per. 50", etc are not shown in your extension.
I tried to simplify it to just the sum of the field and they don't show up either.
Thanks for your time!
Regards!
