we have QEM setup but we want to see what is the current table which is being replicated at a glance.
Because what currently we are seeing is the tasks which are running and latency and if click on it we can see what was the last full load or CDC for the table.
And as there are many tasks which are running we want to know can we do any setting changes to see what are tables being replicated at this current time
